Family Nurse Practitioner
Dale has been a registered nurse for 32 years, receiving his Associate Degree in Nursing in Sioux City, Iowa. As an RN Dale has had an extensive career in Critical Care. He practiced in ICU, Trauma ICU, Coronary Care, Emergency Room and Radiology. Dale was a manager for a local Phoenix hospital in Radiology, for their PICC (peripherally inserted central catheters) department. Here, he furthered his skills and taught PICC insertion for Teleflex, Arrow Int. on a national level. Dale finished his Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing Degrees and Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix. He is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). In the role of a nurse practitioner Dale worked in Long Term Care and Assisted Living, followed by Primary Care in patients’ homes and in the clinic setting. With nearly ten years of nurse practitioner experience, including some pain management background, Dale joined the Pain Stop Clinics in May 2014.
Dale enjoys teaching. He teaches Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is also a Master Scuba Diver Trainer – Instructor for the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI), since 1993.
