Tala’s journey to becoming a PA began in Tucson, AZ at the University of Arizona where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and graduated with Honors. She decided to move to New York after getting married to a native New Yorker. There she commenced her studies at Mercy College where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant studies with distinction. Prior her career at Pain Stop Tala was a provider at Urgent Care Extra. Tala decided to move into Pain Management because she believes that every person should enjoy a life without pain. Reducing the level of pain for someone greatly improves quality of life and ultimately produces a healthier person. Pain Stop’s Clinics do a great job in providing a multifaceted approach to treating pain without relying too much on prescription medications. The work environment at Pain Stop clinic is truly a team effort focused entirely on providing patients with quality care and the highest standards of quality and ethical treatment strategies.
